Policy Cancellations
The customer must pay 20% of the total booking, if the notification of cancellation is made within the 14 days preceding the date of arrival, 30%,
if the disclosure is made, however, between the 13 st and 4 th day, 50% if the communication is done over the last three days prior to arrival.
No penalty if the cancellation is due to force majeure (public disaster, strikes, epidemics, etc..), While 100% of the cost of living in case of "no
show", no cancellation.
